Steel Profiling/Flame Cutting

Midland Steel Profiles was formed in 1992 as specialists in flame cutting and surface grinding and joined the Malthouse Engineering group in 1998. We offer a comprehensive flame cutting service to all industries in most material specifications, ranging from 10mm to 500mm. All our flame cutting machines are CNC controlled which gives greater accuracy and quality profiled blanks.

All drawings are generated on our state of the art CAD CAM system and customers drawings and specifications can be sent by e-mail in DXF format

We can supply steel profiles in a range of thicknesses from 5mm up to 460mm. We can supply a range of certificated carbon steels including S275JR, C60 and C45 to see our full range visit our Matierals Page.   Our facilities include

• 10 multi-headed CNc steel profiling machines with 4-8 burners

• Flame cutting bed size 12.7 metres x 4 metres

• Accuracy +/- 1mm to 3mm depending on thickness
